InstaTow started with a simple idea: there has to be a better way to get help when your car lets you down.
Behind the app is a Perth family that’s been part of the towing world for decades. They’ve seen it all: the accidents, the breakdowns, and the worried faces on the side of the road. Through it all, one thing stayed constant: the belief that people deserve to be treated fairly, honestly, and with respect when they’re at their most vulnerable.
We’ve watched the towing industry change, and not always for the better. Hidden fees, dodgy operators, and inconsistent service have left too many people with a bad taste in their mouths. So, we decided to do something about it.
